Program Manager

LCJ Logistics & Management seeks an effective and thorough Program Manager to oversee various projects. This job reports directly to the CEO and will support various team members and help service our various nonprofit clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create a high energy, highly motivating work environment

  • Is a Change-Agent that will provide direction, guidance and oversight of the Fiscal Intermediary team

  • Promote a team-oriented culture built on trust and respect

  • Establish effective working relationships with staff, internal and external stakeholders and outside government agencies

  • Build an effective, highly engaged team to ensure peak performance and quality customer service

  • Accountable for performance metrics to ensure that metric goals are being met, both financially and operationally.

  • Enculturate staff to all regulations and policies and procedures 

  • Participate in the leadership activities of the department’s management team.

  • Nurture collaborative relationships with government agencies, other non-profit organizations, and community groups.

  • Develop and implement training program for clients/Direct Support Professional’s as needed.

  • Ensures the delivery of outstanding and highly responsive customer service, both internal and external, with a high degree of flexibility and creativity.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, result-driven leader who can motivate and lead a team in a changing environment. Accountable for day to day operations, ensuring effective risk and quality management systems to meet operational outcomes, contractual and funder's requirements and financial targets.


_This position will serve as the primarily liaison between all key stakeholders of the Program, both internal and external, to effectively communicate, coordinate and collaborate in the group's ongoing initiative to deliver quality services to its core customers.

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Minimum five years' experience in a leadership role

  • Experience managing in a change environment

  • Must have and demonstrate advanced proficiency with MS Office especially Excel..

  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills

  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) a plus

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
